Privacy Policy
This policy explains what adgent collects through this website and the early-access waitlist, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can and never sell personal information.
What we collect
- Waitlist details you give us. Your email address and which group you belong to, plus anything you choose to add afterwards, such as your name, company, trade, or what you're building.
- Consent records. What you agreed to, the wording you saw, when, and a one-way keyed hash of your IP address so we can show the request was genuine without keeping the address itself.
- How you found us. Campaign tags in the link you followed (such as
utm_source), a referral code if there was one, the referring site's address without its query string, and the page you first landed on. - Email delivery status. Whether our emails were delivered, bounced, or reported as spam, so we stop sending when we should.
- Anonymous usage counts. If enabled, cookieless analytics record which steps of the signup flow are used. They contain no names, email addresses, or links from our emails, and they don't identify you across visits.
How we use it
To confirm your email address, review your request, decide who to invite first, send your invitation, and, only if you opted in, send occasional product updates. If you accept an invitation, the details you shared are used to set up your adgent account.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase hosts our database.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that signups come from people, using technical signals from your browser such as your IP address.
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps short-lived request logs.
- PostHog provides the anonymous, cookieless usage counts described above.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing terms. Some of them may process data in the United States.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. After you confirm your email, a short-lived, essential cookie (two hours) lets you add your details without signing in. It's only sent to the confirmation pages.
How long we keep it
If you never confirm your email, we delete your request after 60 days. Confirmed requests are kept until you ask us to delete them or the early-access program ends. Confirmation links are stored only in hashed form and expire after 48 hours.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works with one click.
- The same page lets you permanently delete your waitlist data yourself.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by writing to eric.pungho.lee@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
